After extensive pre-production consultation, a dual-purpose approach was chosen. We created a disc that would take the viewer through two interactive, video-intensive narratives, within which they could experience the actual process of planning and executing a social or corporate event with the Affairs to Remember staff. Then we offered the viewer all of the necessary tools for them to plan their own event. From menus and design choices to video tours of available venues, the prospect had everything they would need to plan and execute the perfect event with Affairs to Remember. The end result was a hightly interactive, cinematic experience followed by valuable tools clients could use to plan their events.
